Shipping Policy

We generally process orders from this website in about 1–2 business days. Once shipped, parcels have an estimated delivery/transit window of 3–5 business days, separate from processing. Timing is an estimate rather than an arrival guarantee.

Please contact us after checking the delivery area and household if the carrier marks a parcel delivered but you cannot find it. We will review the tracking and seek carrier assistance as appropriate. For damage, preserve the item and packaging and supply photos or video; obtain approval before sending a return.

A tracking reference will be shared when available, although movement may not show until the carrier updates its system. Busy seasons, holidays, severe weather, or carrier checks may affect delivery. Report delays or possible losses with your order number, purchase email, and tracking code.
